Finished making this pouch for a friend as an alternative for her wedding souvenirs, for a big fan of pouches like me, I just don't understand why I don't try to make one for myself before. Mm..maybe it's because I cannot use sewing machine :-P. I made this one by hand, using machine must be faster. Imagine..having all different kind of pouches in a zip! That would be awesome..
I find some tutorial for heart crochet in the internet, and come across this 3D crochet heart tutorial, 3D! Too cute...

My family decided to move from our old house, we feel the house is to big for just 3 peoples...how do you packed 20 years of life? Apparently with lots lots of boxes :-PBack when we're packing our stuff, lots lots lots of stuff (*0*) one question come to my mind,
How many things do we really need in life? So many forgotten things, things we don't need, thing we cannot even remember having it..i felt sick suddenly..cause when I come to realize that things that we do need is not really that much (-_-)

Now that I move in into our own house, I want to keep that in mind, only to bring stuff that really useful, no more impulsive buying, no 'O, this is cute!' kind of stuff..and throw or give things that we no longer need to others, always reviewing our belongings..phewww..those mountains of boxes really gives me nightmares..

Found this tutorial to make origami box with cover, I follow all the instruction to the end and unfold all the steps of the box cover. The plan is to cover the box cover with fabric, so I cut
some fabric measured about 2cm wider than the cover.
Fold the edge of fabric around the box cover, and hold it with tape (I'm lazy like that :"P )
Now fold it again following the crease that has been created previously:
Glue some pretty lace/ribbon to cute things up
Aa..loving the result (^_^) I love boxes!

It's never enough, really..

So there I was, thinking that I'll be posting blog all day, writing page after page, pouring all odds and bits of the creation process..not really happening. Who knew working with kids, even part time, would required such energy hehe...who knew unemployment would be this packed..oh but I'm enjoying every minutes of it, don't get me wrong..I love the fact that i could chat with my mom while I'm fully awake and not like before, at the end of my day :-(
I love talking with my sister..love playing with my niece all day..oh and how i love being with the children from the preschool (^_^).
On the other hand, sibebo is not running fast as I expected hoho.. my plan was to launch new collection for spring 2011 this February, but here I am still finishing orders from month of January hehe..I'm a bit down by this fact actually..but I know I'll get there..just need more time to get used to with this many amount of free time :-)

The year 2011 opens in a fast and twisty way for me, entering only the second month of this year, things change drastically, and fast! In a good way though.
Just now, I'm entering the second week of unemployment from my previous (and only) office. Not just that..this is also my first week as a..part timer teacher's assistant of a pre-school, hahak! The best part is, I can get there by bike, 3 minutes max! This feels like a dream for me, who used to spend 2 hours daily to get to the office *_*
I'm still not sure of what happening to me right now, but I surely enjoy it (^_^) It's such a joy I can have more time for sibebo, yeay! Lot of plans and ideas in my head, sometimes I cannot even decide what to do first..as you can see, I've closed the pages for orders for a while..sorry..I'm giving myself the time to think of new creations for sibebo..just wait :">

Oh, this one's a bit random, but somehow related to my present situation; I've just watched 'Tangled' (telat bgt ya hehe..) and find some lines that I love most:

Last week i have some opportunities to give tutorial on how to make a fabric flower, laughing the whole trough process :-P not just because it's still hard to believe that there are other people read my blog, aside from my family hoho..but because the show is intended for Valentine Day program (^_^) hahak! fufufuu..i closed my amazing eid holiday with a quick (painful) stay at the hospital..those appendix have to go (*_*)
As for the shop, sibebo cannot be up and running as planned before :-( , but no worries, as for you who has already order before the holiday up to this week, i will try to finish them before end of this month. Because entering October, I should get ready for Pasar Seni ITB 2010 ( i hope i can make it!:">)

I luv eco bag, but i often find it 'nanggung' ukurannya, and i keep losing the tiny cover bag that used to store the bag neat and small. So i'm pleased to find this eco bag (^_^) it's biiiiggg...nicely designed by my friend, so you can just roll them and stash them into your bag. Oh and another thing, it's handmade!!! his mom sew this bag...nice..really nice (^_^). I grab 2 of them, and saving myself for 3rd one, my monthly shopping *mostly snacks* consist of 3 plastic bagsif you interested to purchase this bag (priced: Rp 50K) you can contact me. My best friend Asih, texted me the other day: "the bag that you want is now 50% sale!!", i'm not wasting any time, headed to CENTRO with one focus only, the crowds seemed blur to me except the bag. Actually the bag is exactly the same with Asih's bag (oh, do check her blog, major beauties!) but since when we have problem with identical stuffs hehe! Got the bag with GOOD price. Allow me to show off this beauties :">the bag shape is very basic, which i like, the rich dark brown color gave a nice palette to any colorful adornments.the flower is similar with my blossom collections, only bigger and have zig-zag detail (love it!), hopefully will be available in my shop soon (^_^). Not very succesful with the pom-pom, but love the color :">

simple and easy project to do, even on office hour :-P i swear it happen during lunch break - yeaa right hehe..
cut some cardstock paper, i used some left over paper around the office
make hole with paper punch on top
decorate it with simple sketch, or lace tape - of course! hehe..waalaaa!gonna use it to write delivery address, thank you note, short message for my favorite people, yes you ! :">
