Loh..telat beneeerr..kemane aja mbaakk :-)
My one resolution i hope i can keep is to keep blogging. So many things i want to share through this blog, so many new plans, new ideas waiting to be done. Can't wait for 2014!

Holiday DIY: Gift label

Holiday DIY: Golden Gift Label

  Give gold touch to your gift for you loved one. Materials needed:

1. Circle name label (available on bookshop)

2. Poster color in gold color

3. Paint brush

4. Mechanical pencil or anything with pointy/ sharp end.

How to:

 

 Paint the circle label with gold poster color, do couple layers of paint to the label

 Immediately draw shape on the wet paint with pointy shape tools (I use tip of the mechanical pencil)

Here I draw simple shape of snowflake, don't worry about messy paint, create some texture.

   You can do many different shape or word as long as the paint is still wet, creating an emboss effect. Wait until its completely dry.

 

 Stick the label on your package, gift add some ribbon for extra sweetness.

Peony Fabric Flower

Hello! Its been a while since the last post. I've got caught up with Instagram, it's so easy! (kemane aje nel..) but this blog waiting patiently for me, so here goes.

Peony Fabric flower, new fabric flower from sibebo, I've tried some patterns, cutting lot of fabrics and try to find how to sew the flower so it can bloom nicely, I can say I'm liking the results.

 

 

The fabric flower is backed with pin and hairclip, so you can pin it to your simple bun to add romantic effect on your hair.

Pardon my messy hair!

Or you can pin it to your top, jacket, dress or maybe clutch to make you look glamorous.

Sunday Crafting - Crocheted Bamboo box

Today i like to post a very simple tutorial, not really good with words, hopefully the pictures will make up for that :-)

Materials:
- Bamboo box ( can be found in traditional market)
- Yarn
- Crochet needle
- Big needle to make a hole in the box (not really sure what is called :-P)

 How to:
- Take the top part of the box, and measure around 1cm all around the edge of the box and give mark.

- Make a hole on the mark, so now you have hole 1cm apart around the edge of the box.

 - Slide in the yarn trough the hole and start to crochet with 3 single stitch apart each hole.

 - Keep moving :-)

- This is how it looked when you finished crocheting all around the edge.

 You can use it for a sweet gift box!

 Or just flip around and turn it into sweet storage basket for your craft material

 

 Or to keep your nice things tidy, things do looked more sweet in a tray/box.
